Revenue share applies only when SC is actively involved in the close. You select your involvement level at the start of the engagement.

Option A

Self-Close

You close the room yourself using the architecture SC built. No revenue share. You keep everything you close. Best for founders confident in their delivery who want to operate the close independently once the system is installed.

Option B

SC-Assisted Close

SC actively participates in closing the room. Revenue share applies to what SC closes on your behalf. Percentage confirmed at contract. Best for founders who want maximum close support — especially on early rooms while the system is being calibrated.
